Sam offers personal training on an individual basis and also smaller groups. She is also available for team building corporate group bootcamps.
Before starting any exercise program with Sam whether this be a one off kick start or a package, you will be offered a free consultation lasting 30 minutes to discuss your goals and how these can be achieved. This can be face to face or by phone, whichever is more convenient for you. Together you will complete a health questionnaire and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions.
After your free consultation arrangements will be made for your first training session.
Depending on your individual needs, sessions can take place at your home, outside or in a gym.
There are advantages of all personal training environments.
In your own home there is no need for childcare if this is a factor in your life. All you need is a small space or garden and Sam will bring a range of equipment to you. This also avoids any potential gym membership costs.
Many people prefer to work out in the open in natural surroundings. Sam can bring equipment such as boxing gloves, resistance bands, TRX, slam balls or depending on your needs focus purely around your bodyweight. This can be a very beneficial and fun format for personal training.
Some clients have established memberships within a gym environment as prefer this structure to maximise their goal success. This is an option for your training sessions also.
